Two apps are available in mobile9; Remind me and best reminder.(cracked versions) . You can set a separate tone for missed call, sms and e-mail. You can also set light indication and or vibration. You can set the profiles in which the indication is to work, the interval, the time limit of reminder, daily start and end time etc etc
it is s60 v3, anything is possible

The firmware update doesn't include maps update. It comes separately. I suppose you selected the software update option in settings. If you had selected device manager, you would not have seen the maps option. If there is an update of maps you can see it in s/w update menu. If not, the maps is up to date. So don't worry.

I mean reminder in the sense like with audio beepsound or lights glowing at certain interval when any missed call or messages etc unnoticed?
Ofcourse we see symbols related to the above said. but any beeping sound or any indications there on c5? or we can set these during travelling then go unnoticed.

these work in a great way with voice recognization . just open and speak a word or location this will give a list of search options or the satellite clear view with street houses can be seen really great . those who wish this can go to google home page , click more , click evenmore ,select go mobile ,mobile give your mobile number there the application will be installed in your mobile

2. You need not select mark option but simply select a file and press # to mark. To select a sequence of files, you need not go to each file and press #; but just press and hold # key and press 'down' key many times or more easily press n hold # and then press n hold 'down' key(just like we copy text)
